You need to create bond with people.
And people don't bond with your because of fact.
They bond because of stories.
I've gone through many uncertain phases & "crisis" in my life.
I share those stories.
With my team.
With my clients.
With my audience.
I could sound like other motivational speakers but most motivational speaker, like most senior managers, and heartless machines of motivation. They say big stuff, they have no empathy for the audience.
Show that you care.
